David Madsen goes above and beyond for his clients! I have had such a great experience with him over the last 3 years! He is very versed in what he does and he doesn't hesitate to take calls or emails regarding ANY questions we've had! He also takes the time to explain it in a way that can be understood by everyone! Thanks David for all you do and have done for us! We are looking forward to many more years with you as our CPA!

Ted Madsen has prepared our taxes for over a decade. We have been VERY pleased with our tax preparation. Ted has been very accurate and meticulous in preparing our complicated taxes. I highly recommend Madsen and Assoc. I also love the office staff. The girl at the front desk is professional and always goes out of her way to be helpful and courteous.

Ted Madsen did not include my part time job W2 when preparing my income tax even though it was provided to him. He also input my federal and state withholdings incorrectly. He entered $1800.00 and $1700.00 instead of $18.00 and $17.00. When called about the error he brushed it off as no big deal. He did not see a problem with doing the taxes wrong which resulted in over a $1000.00 difference with me getting less for my refund. When asked if he was charging me full price after messing them up he said yes. I asked if they had been filed yet since we had provided our consent a day earlier he said no. I asked about having them done by someone else because I am not confident they are right and he said we would still have to pay him full price. He said he did me a "favor" in doing them wrong because at least this way my refund wouldn't be held up by the government and I said if you had done them right then there would be no reason for a hold up. He did not apologize for HIS errors. Satisfaction is not guaranteed with this company. The work done is not quality. He also lied when asked about the W2 and had to change his answer when I called him out on it as I had a prepared copy in front of me. Lastly his granddaughter answers the phone for the business and has no customer service skills. She is rude and should not be answering a phone with customers on the other end of the line. Sounds like a lack of customer service runs in the family. If you need a good CPA there is a lady in Kaysville named Luanne that is leaps and bounds more professional and competent than this office.
