Scott was incredibly kind and friendly. His car was great! Very clean and new. He was very communicative and we would recommend him to anyone in need of a ride in the area.

For an early morning off season Sunday was super responsive when no one else was. In our desperate time they said whats the situation? and were instantly willing to help. More like a friend than a shuttle service if you ask me

Our daughter and boyfriend were driving from California to Minnesota for Christmas and had an engine failure with their car. After calling a few other places, only to get an answering machine saying they were closed for the season, I dialed Moab Toy Taxi and a friendly voice answered. Scott offered to go rescue the kids from 50+ miles away and bring them to the airport so they could get a rental car. On a SUNDAY! Then, when he could have taken advantage of us, he offered a discount because he's a father also and knows how parents feel when their kids are in the middle of nowhere and need help. Scott, I cannot express how much we appreciate you, and the conversation with the kids during the drive to make them feel better- my daughter called when you dropped them off in tears. If I'm ever in Moab, you are my guy.
