Mike is the man! If your looking for a trainer for a guy to change your lifestyle he is your guy. He makes your program fit your lifestyle and helps by making stuff your already eating and changing into healthier version. Me being in college and working long hours at a hospital, he is way helpful to me to complete my nutrition and exercise goals. Very knowledgable and very approachable and easy to work with.

You guys... this is Mike...he is awesome! He is so smart and has helped me so much! Its so nice to just have someone tell me what to do and take the brain work out of feeling healthier. So, if youre thinking about starting something but not sure where to start...Mike is seriously the best.
