The agent answered all my questions and made the process very simple. I got a great deal with only one month down to start. They also bundled my liability insurance for an extra savings.

Great Service! Really took their time to evaluate my insurance needs and provide me with a great and cheap quote for my business! I saved over $300 dollars a month on my work comp policy. Give them a call.

They are awful and get away with it every day. I was in a serious accident in 1993 that crushed my right arm and cut my left hand off in two places. Fractured my back, crushed and broke my pelvis, broke my hip, and broke my Tib/Fib. I have nerve damage in my right leg and pelvis and in my back that causes foot drop (inability to lift my right foot). Over the years WC took good care of me and I never had a cross word with my Adjuster. Around 2013 things changed dramatically and I have a new Adjuster that is awful. She is rude, denies any claim for pain management and has now told me the injury to my back is not WC responsibility and wasn't part of the work accident. A simple look into my medical records would show that it was injured and has serious nerve damage that causes pain in my lower extremities. The damage to my right extremity from my back to my right foot is always at a high level of pain. My hamstring tore off the pelvis from lack of blood flow causing major difficulty in walking and daily activities because the muscles that still function are over used and become very sore with even moderate activities. WC has denied every claim that has to do with pain relief of any kind, including pain medications, nerve stimulus, injections, and any alternative treatments to opiods. I have gotten nerve Ablations in my back for years that reduce the pain in my lower extremities and since 2013 are paid for by Medicare and Aetna because WC denies them. They aren't to reduce pain in my back, but the lower extremities. If you think you are covered under your current WC insurance at work, I can tell you, you are not! Most people do not understand or know that WC covers almost 60% of the public and are governed by the states legislation. WC is a monopoly with the power of the state senate making the rules. They claim at 60% of the market share they can offer cheaper insurance for companies and you, the insured, but the cause and effect leave the insured to bear the burden of being untreated, and unprotected while WC remains protected from prosecution and ultimately make rules to protect the insurance companies and not the insured. They also won't pay attorneys the usual fees to ligate a medical only claim making it difficult and impossible to fight for justice. It's a broken system with no recourse and no accountability. You can't even complain or get upset because YOU become the problem and with protection from laws, it makes you feel helpless and frustrated. You need to have the time and money to fight fraudulent denials over and over while other insurance companies or YOU pay the price. Through the legislative process, WE the insured are unprotected and the insured suffer every day, while WC gets away with it because they can. The next corrupt feature of a 60% monopoly is they pay another insurance company to take over your medical portion of your claim, thus eliminating WC's responsibility to pay. It's happening more frequently and at the expense of the insured for care. Its truly out of control and the only way it will change is if we hold them accountable and that starts with legislation and criminal prosecution of the currect staff of WC. In my case I was injured so severely that I was awarded a lifetime payment and I am grateful for this, but there is problems with this system. I was hurt in 1993 and was awarded 2/3rds of my income for life at the time of the accident. 30 years later it's still the same amount with zero increases for inflation and it offset my SSDI payment. They are allowed to do this because WC is protected by legislation and are not part of actual insurance companies that are held to a higher standard. We the injured worker are to bear the brunt of people who only see the MONEY side and actually feel proud of themselves for saving a few pennies by denying legitimate claims. It's damned time they are held to accountability and do their job!
