I don't usually leave reviews, but on the next to the last day we were almost kicked out of our room bc the worker said we didn't have a reservation for the room we had proof that we did. The same night we were locked out of our room. The lock that was in the room was connected to the door we couldn't get in. The worker was blaming us because we locked it. We told the worker that we didn't touch it and found out it was the maid who did it. I would not recommend this hotel

Difficult to locate. Room stunk. Razor wire on the fence outside our room. Human feces right by the side entrance. Sketchy people walking around the parking lot.
Rooms: Ours smelled. Lots of noise from water pipes.
Safety: Felt unsafe.

Just to be clear, if i could rate this hotel with 0 (ZERO) stars, i would! This hotel is a very run down area for one. The doors in the suite we checked into that separate the room don't even work, there was a shoe string to tie them shut! The sheer curtain is about to fall off the door. The room smells like cigarettes and is no good for a family who have members with asthma. The clerk wanted to spray something in the room, and that would have just made things worse for us with asthma and sensitivities like that! The hallways also smell like wet dogs. And you can tell that the floors never get vacuumed! It's not a good crowd that wanders the area either, so many transients everywhere and asking for this or that. Very ghetto location. The room is also not clean at all! The desk chair is gross and same with the pullout bed on the couch. The mattress is absolutely disgusting, and I feel very bad about putting my children on that mattress! Also when asked for an extra blanket because what we were given for the pull out bed we used to try and protect from the nasty stain on the pullout mattress, we were told that they didn't have another blanket! So we took one off the bed so our children had one to cuddle under. Oh and the bathroom sink smelled liek someone took a dump in it! Was so gross! I have never been to a hotel this bad in my entire life! And I've been to some that aren't up to par, but this is the absolute worst, and the worst experience I have had with a hotel! The pool is also no good! You have to go outside to get to said "indoor" pool, only to find that the pool was like stepping into a body of ice water! And so much chlorine that it just burns your eyes being in there! Not family friendly at all! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel and this general area! We checked out a day early and left as quick as we possibly could! Sure hope we didn't catch any nasty illness!
