KFC

Go here if you enjoy slow service and want to watch McDonald's totally dump on kfc. I'm not exaggerating when I say that we watched 35 cars get served at McDonald's while kfc has us sitting in our car so they can handle 4 total vehicles. And you would think with all of this extra time they could carefully check the orders but ours and the one before us were messed up. For goodness sake offer people a bit more money to work here and steal some people from McDonald's to show you how it's done.

Absolutely the worst KFC experience ever. It needs to be shut down. Chicken was dried out and tough. The biscuits weren't baked enough. Got the order wrong. Out of rootbeer. Never will I ever go back. Staff acted like they didn't care about anything. They did give me about 20 each honey and butter spreads, but we only had 2 biscuits.

Ok, so I was gonna give them the benefit of the doubt so... I gave them 3 tries. ALL 3 times they forgot an item I ordered and I had to go back inside to get it and sometimes argue with them that it was left out of my order. I was also surprised today to wait 42min for a 5 piece tenders meal and a famous bowl (which was forgotten). I will be going to ANY OTHER location when I crave KFC from now on. Even if I have to drive further away.

I normally don't leave reviews. But I ordered online and showed up to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have anything in the meal. I repeatedly asked what do you have for replacements the kid just continued to tell me they were out. They finnaly said they would give me a chicken sandwich. I assumed it was gonna be in a meal like I ordered so I went and waited another 15 minutes for them to just bring me a sandwich. At this point I requested a refund. The kid told me I'd need to go inside. I went in and the very rude shift lead or supervisor told me they can't do refunds for online orders I need to contact corporate. At this point I was annoyed and he kept talking over me and telling me not to get uppity. You're dang right I was uppity I was there for over a half an hour. He did give me a chicken sandwich meal at the end and threw in a large fry so at least there was that. I understand you run out of stuff but this is like the fourth time I've had this issue. I gave 2 stars because the lead did eventually get me a replacement.

Worst experience of my life. Ordered online 20 minutes in advance. Waited in the lobby for an hour and 10 minutes. After seeing a bunch of cars in the drivethru get their orders before me, they had the decency to tell me they ran out of chicken and I left. Still dealing with the refund process. I will never go back there again.
