Went to go get a tie to match a dress and they didnt have one that worked out in display so an employee very nicely and patiently took me into the employees only spot in the back and took me to the rest of their ties that they did not have room to display. They would not stop trying to help me until they found one that worked perfectly. There also seemed to be girls there trying on dresses and laughing and having a good time with the other employees. The place was great.

Loved it, loved the dresses. Prices are absolutely insane, but a lot of dresses are high prices right now. That's the only reason for the 4 stars. Not many cheap options. However, absolutely beautiful dresses and many to pick from. Their policies are very strict so it's definitely hard to navigate sometimes, but I understand they're there to help protect the dresses and the customers as well as the business. Some of the dresses were broken, places such as zippers. They modify dresses for cheap! Edit: Removed a star because They told us that they would be able to modify my dress in time for my dance the upcoming Saturday. We brought the dress in just a few days later, the time frame in which they had told us they could modify the dress, And they said they could no longer meet the deadline. Although they were kind and tried to help us out through references, it was still frustrating situation.

My 17 year old daughter went in with a couple friends this evening to find a dress for a formal event we have coming up. She was told that she couldnt try on a dress because I wasnt with her and they knew the dress would be trashed and she wasnt going to buy anything anyway. Even though there were other girls trying on dresses with their friends and one with her boyfriend without their parents, and she had my credit card in her pocket. Dont worry we we wont be buying anything from you now or in the future!
