Had an issue with our water supply this morning, thought it was a pump. Glenn's electric sent out the technicians, but it turned out to be just a switch in the well area...and lo and behold, they had an extra one in their truck....thanks for the quick response. We do look forward to having Glenn's replace our pump in the spring when all the snow is gone.

The water system in my house stopped working and we needed help. Without hesitation, Glenn's Electric squeezed us in on a late snowy Friday afternoon. Caleb and Jacob, friendly and up-beat, discussed the problem while troubleshooting the equipment and quickly got the water running again. I lost all water all pressure in my well system. I was referred to Glenn's Electric by the company who installed the well. They sent Keyan & Caleb out the same day I called. They were absolutely professional & knowledgeable as they did troubleshooting of the entire system. Fortunately, no replacements or repairs were needed, as the issue ended up being a frozen waterline. I was very pleased with the service throughout from Glenn's.

Took in a DeWalt charger for a recall and i never got it back. I called dozens of times and they kept saying DeWalt was the hold up and they would call when it was ready. Not impressed with their ability to follow through.
