I ordered wristbands for my brother's funeral in the middle of the night. To my surprise I received an email within minutes offering me a free upgrade since these were for a funeral. They did a phenomenal job despite the fact this was a rush job. I got them as they promised. Our family is grateful for all you did to make these wristbands a momento of my beloved brother at his celebration of life ceremony. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

I loved this company until they started shipping from Hong Kong. I will now search for company that is USA Only. Very disappointed in them.

Owner offered to replace braclet if I paid for shipping up front. The shipping price he quoted was more than the original flawed braclet w/shipping.  I turned that down & will get braclets somewhere else from now on.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Horrible customer service!! Posting the rude emails they sent me on every site and social media platform that I can. Order was beyond unsatisfactory! Dirty with black dust, scuffs and non-legible. Then they were difficult to work with to replace the order. Ended up getting a refund due to their RUDE, uncompassinate customer service.  Was ordering breast cancer bracelets for a fund raiser. Never would I recommend this uncompassinate, unprofessional company to anyone. Waste of time to say the least! Don't waste your money or your time!
