Jessica, I'm sorry you feel that way about our business and the services that we provide. I totally understand how you feel, since we discussed it extensively in our phone conversation. I heard your concerns and frustrations about the confusion we created with the different bids we provided for our light installation services and how our office staff did not provide the service you deserved. We have set prices for every product we install, and for the labor per foot, so it's fairly precise if we know the linear feet of your roofline. I believe the confusion came about because of the different products we quoted you for initially compared to what you ultimately asked for and received. I totally agree that our office staff could have handled it differently, and I have discussed that with them thoroughly, so that mistake will not be made again in the future. I offered you the product we installed at cost and only charged you enough labor to cover my installers time - I thought that I had provided you a satisfactory solution to the situation and we agreed upon that solution together. I'm surprised that you provided a 5 star review for my installers through our online portal, but then 4 months later, you give us a 1-star and tell everyone not to use any of our services. Apparently I did not do a very good job of resolving your concerns the first time despite our productive conversation & agreed upon solution. Please accept my apologies.
