John was so great to work with, he really took a personal touch with us. Answered every question a first time home buyer might wonder, even things that weren't necessarily in his immediate realm of control. His recommendations for other companies to use as inspectors and insurance we're also extremely helpful. He made the whole experience delightful. He better watch out for some apricot jelly next season for all his hard work.

Worked with Russ on a loan for some property and plan to work with him again. He does a great job communicating clearly and not backing you into something you can't afford. He's friendly and professional and does his job well.

John and his team were the best loan officers o could ever ask for! From day one he was honest and straightforward and very easy to communicate with. To this day I have never seen him face to face but have worked so closely with him and his team I knew everything would get buttoned up perfectly. Sure enough from day one to closing they made the process so easy I would consider using them again for a refinance.
