I love the way Lynzi spent the time going through our medications and general health to see what worked the best for us. She didnt pressure us into any specific plan, just told us the options, answered our questions and helped us decide. THEN - when my husband needed help getting approval for a surgery, and even the doctors office couldnt figure it out, she personally spent hours on the phone getting the approval he needed for surgery the next day. Shes amazing and caring!
