Corrie and his staff are amazing! They work hard and are dedicated to helping in any way possible. In fact, they figured out an issue I had with my account for over a year that my old agent could not seem to help with, which resulted in hundreds of dollars being credited back to my auto loan. Corrie and his staff have been so great to work with. They go above and beyond every time I call. Each time I add to a policy or need a change they are prompt and efficient in getting it done. Not to mention super friendly.

I was recently in an automobile accident I got home and reported what had happened and they said somebody would get a hold of me nobody got a hold of me it had been 3 weeks or more when somebody did finally get a hold of me it was not a very good experience . I was treated like it was my fault that the accident occurred and that I should have had full coverage on my 97 Ford ranger when in actuality it wasn't my fault and when I called the office they were really rude one lady hung up on me and the other one was saying well what do you need and I'm like well I was in an accident I don't know what I need to be doing. I was trying to find out who my insurance agent was and what agency or Branch it was and nobody could seem to tell me. Who do I call if I don't call my insurance agency or the Farmers insurance company to tell me who my agent is?
