Swimming was super fun. The slide is very fast and fun. The entire room was soaked though. Not a dry seat in the house because of the splash from the slide. Rooms were nice!

My room did not have heat for two nights in the winter. Had to sleep in my winter coat. When I told the front desk he told me that nobody should have been put in that room as it was known the heater was broken. However, he said he could not refund me for the nights I stayed without heat and the best he could do it offer me 2000 loyalty points (~$10 in points). I ended up calling the corporate office and they were much more apologetic for the situation. I am very disappointed for their lack of assistance considering this was an oversight on their end.

The fridge was wobbly, and had no freezer. the microwave was unplugged so we had to move it so we could plug it in. The fan on the heater was loud and annoying when trying to sleep. The bed was hard and no night stand on one side of the bed. Very nice walk in shower.
