I’m sorry that you did not have a positive experience in our store. We spend hours and hours training our staff so they can successfully assist our customers with any of their questions. Of course, it takes years to learn everything, but we try our best getting our employees up to speed as quickly as possible.As for our plant guarantee, we are one of the few business in Utah that offers a 5 year guarantee on hardy trees and shrubs. We also rigorously test our vegetable & flower seeds, and if the germ is not up to OUR standards, we replace it. We are considerably more strict on germination rates than the State. Even then, if our customers are struggling getting seed to germ, we replace it for them & re-test as needed.Please, if you are not getting the information you need from my employees, I’m almost always available to assist any gardener with all their questions & help them find solutions. We’re here to help, and hope to provide you with 5-star service the next time you visit.Mark Anderson
