These flowers were delivered 9 days ago. They still look great!! I called to ask why ??? I was told they: -toss out everything 1 x a week and start with new fresh flowers -give the flowers a special food -disinfect everything every few days -are a 40 year old business (present owner of 17 years - "Katie") -have a very loyal customer base -guarantee their flowers First trip to deliver - I didn't hear the doorbell Second trip to deliver, next day, brought a new fresh bouquet Thank you !!

I placed an order of flowers for my nieces 17th birthday. The flowers werent awesome sauce after being delivered. I contacted the shop and sent them videos and images and they were great to work with and admitted the quality wasnt up to their typical standards. So grateful for their awesome customer service and willingness to help!

Im sorry to say we should have read reviews before ordering. My daughter was very over charged for what was given. Most of what was in the arrangement was filler and greenery. Please dont take advantage, the price paid should have included bigger flowers and less leaves.
