Edited to add: OLO has still not contacted me regarding this review or an outstanding warranty issue that they had previously agreed to fix. OLO highlighted three major goals for our build: 1. Fast build times 2. Affordable/no surprise costs 3. Communication None of those three things turned out to be even remotely true. Our build took double the time that we were first presented. We were hit with major cost cost increases that Olo refused to itemize. Lastly, we were told that they would give us weekly status updates on the build. We rarely received these updates, if they didnt have good news, our calls would be ignored. However, now were dealing with the warranty. The warranty is in place to protect them, not the homeowner. Our driveway is crumbling to pieces (pictures attached). They claim its within warranty standards and acceptable to them. From having second opinions outside of their company, Ive learned that it is due to poor installation. OLO does not care about their clients, thats been made very clear to me through trying to work this out with them for over a year now. The state of our driveway has made me incredibly concerned about the quality of the rest of the house, especially the foundation.

We loved the floor plans and their team was great to walk us through all our options. Home building is stressful and kind of crazy but we love the end product! Thanks OLO!
