        Ford Explorer windshield cracked right across the screen. New to the country so not sure the process etc. Screen was in within a day or so, they dealt with insurance for me, done in a couple of hours and very happy with the result. Happily come here again

        We had a great experience here. Novus was able to get us in quickly and did a great job. The price wasn't much more than it would have cost us to repair it ourselves, and when they were finished they not only vacuumed out the glass in the back of our van really well, but had our tarp folded neatly against the side. I was very impressed and grateful.

        I called to ask about the price to fix a rock chip because my wife is there and the price seemed high (Auto places always like to take advantage of her). The lady got defensive which is natural and then turned nasty spitting stuff of about safelite and how much they charge. It's fine I'll pay it and go elsewhere in the future. I don't want to pay half the price of a windshield to get the chip fixed. Thought they'd be reasonable since the price was decent when I did replacements.
