Borden Lofts

It was amazing staying here at Borden Lofts. Very spacious and quiet. The residents are friendly and the Manager, Katie, was always helpful and accommodating.

Kylie was great throughout the process. First time leasing and she made it easy. As for the property, its a great unique property. Fairly new, cool design, vintage mill look combined with modern touches. And lots of natural sunlight ( too much at times lol). Less than half a mile from downtown and close to Logan Hospital

I currently live at Borden lofts and I love it so far. The management team is responsive and reliable, and the maintenance team is quick. The aesthetic of the apartment is unbeatable in Logan. My kitchen is an amazing size and its a short walk to entertainment on Center Street of Logan.

The apartments are very nice and the grounds are beautifully maintained! Maintenance was always on top of their game! However, the neighbors were ATROCIOUS. The walls are so thin and they kept us up at all hours of the night (we were both working part time and both full time college students at the time!) Screaming, arguing, shattering glass, screaming at the wifi router of all things, kicking the walls, you name it. After hours and hours of being kept up late at night I would knock on the wall and they would start kicking it to spite me. The cops were called on these neighbors frequently, as the daughter fought with her boyfriend sometimes multiple times a day and even stabbed him in the arm with a kitchen knife. One night there were 8+ police officers outside my front door with loaded guns because of these people. I could hear every argument they had through the walls and when I tell you they were so mentally unwell.Management changed 3 times in the 7 months we lived there and they never responded to our complaints. They never offered to move us to a different apartment, didnt do a thing. In our contract it said if we felt we were in an unsafe environment we were legally allowed to break our lease, but that didnt stop them from charging us crazy fees when we broke our lease 4 months early. They not only fined us, but changed us the entire next months rent, AND made us pay the internet and washer/dryer fees that we would not even be using. Plus they never gave us back our security deposit. I was so sad to move out of such a beautiful apartment, but it was hardly worth having the neighbors that we did and never sleeping at night.
