We had an issue where we actually drove home in the wrong car. They did everything in their power to correct this issue and then some. They even threw in some extras without us asking for it or without us mentioning it they really did go above and beyond to make sure they did a good job. Good honest people.

Dropped my car off on Wednesday at 9am was told it would be ready for pickup on Friday by 5pm, well Friday has come and gone and o got zero notification that my vehicle would be delayed. I dont have an issue with waiting longer to get a job done, but when there is zero communication and even less accountability taken it is frustrating. I hope this is received as constructive and your service department can grow from this experience. Thank you.

I have held back on posting this review but it has gone too far. I bought my car here back in 2022. The sales team was very helpful and I have no complaints for them. The issue is with your service team. Every time I have taken my car into get a basic oil change, it has taken over 5 hours! That is a ridiculous amount of time for an oil change. If I were to go to any other local auto shop, they could get it done in less then 20 minutes. I have continued to go here due to the fact that every other oil change is free. It is now not worth it to me. On another note, their live chat on the website is useless. I reached out over 3 weeks ago and they said they were going to have someone email me regarding my question, I never received an email. So I contacted the live chat again, no email back. I finally contacted them again today when it has been over 3 weeks and he gave me the exact same basic response telling me they were going to reach out. When I asked why he could not assist me, he said "Sorry for the inconvenience. A member of our service team will reach out shortly." What kind of response is that, he didn't even answer my question. I am so fed up with this and I just want a basic oil change to take less then an hour and the customer service team to be useless. I am a customer service manager and I would be very upset if one of my customers got this kind of treatment. DO BETTER.

If you want a car-buying experience that is not the typical car-buying experience, look no further than Murdock Hyundai of Lindon! "Big Dave" is an excellent service representative who did not try to oversell me. He listened to every concern I had an genuinely found me the best fit for me, even if it wasn't the top tier trim. The whole experience was quick and painless. I even convinced my sister to go back and get a car there the next day when she was originally interested in a Toyota. I will certainly be referring more people to Murdock Hyundai and Big Dave in the future!
