        Friendly staff and an easy check-in process. Dr Kimball was very helpful and thorough, and his medical assistants are awesome!

        The worst service ever. So extremely slow to be seen by a doctor. Over 30-45 minute waits every time. (Sometimes longer). The worst bedside manner by the medical assistants. So disappointed with our experiences here over and over. Definitely dont recommend. We wont be back.

        I cut two of my fingers really bad and saw Spencer. What a great PA! He made me so comfortable and took very good care of me and my fingers. I am very accident prone and I really appreciate the great care I get from everyone there at Revere Health Willow Creek Urgent Care.
