I rent room in the owners house they it with high repair for system repair that is suppose to be good for 5- 15 years. The warenty covers workman ship to parts and labor and if it was installed correctly this would not have happened. They are sharks and liers,. The are in lawsuit right now in TX because of this exact thing.

BEWARE & AVOID ! Scammers at this company. They will lie to your face about everything trying to sell non existing TAX credits if you go with their installation process.

The worst out of the worst don't give them a cent or breath the took in vain over the phone and God forsake if you bring them in your house they will disroy it ... Run Run Run from this Morons they over took my bank and prospone the refund this whole time 45 days I still don't have any of my money back. Their supervisors division is over and complicated idiots that hold no care for the customers. Disaster recovery impossible they disregard the phone calls messages and they wonder why I ask for my money back so many times. I've been giving them 5 phone calls a day I am increasing the phonecalls every day and now they called me to tell me I am harassing their employees for MY REFUND? Your company needs to be scattered demolished and all your employees to be quadruple times paid for pain and suffering from multiple customers here in Texas you all fuking them over for shame of your self calling your self an American company I ask for American made solar system I funded them 114.000$ via Goodleap and got Walmart batteries for solar system, destroyed facade lawn and fence their roofing shed is only good to put winter woods under if the outside temperature is 105 f underneath the carport yes carport is 205 f... They financed Pergola I Got carport ... shameful I am to be to know I ever k own people who destroy anyone's property California lock em up for good scamers liers Crooks Run for good away from them their production on the subject is 46 to 76 kw per day 36 panels production les than 20 batteries of the wallmart selection not what I paid for crazy poor lack of job and lacking of all the performance Run and hide tell ne how to report them in the bbb in California I'll call them to foreclosure their business never again to be no one scamed as we are....

Great company with knowledgeable and friendly employees. Weve had a great experience. UPDATE: after the initial meeting with sales person and installation of panels, EVERYTHING FELL APART. Sales guy who said he was there with us every step of the way stopped taking calls or responding to texts. No one knew where we were in the process. I would get a voicemail from someone saying they were my account manager and requesting a call back but when I called back 2 hours later, no one by that name worked there. Its been absolute insanity. We were promised a 9 month rebate so that we would have no out of pocket expenses for the first 9 months which is not true! There has been issue after issue after issue with these guys and they wont issue the rebate until your current energy provider approved your application. We are going on 6 months now with these panels on my roof and still not hooked up to system. So I have had to make 6 months of payments on loan so far. Asked for reimbursement and they refuse to issue that either until its all hooked up. So still no reimbursements. When they finally submitted the application to PSE, their timeline was another 30 days out. Once PSE approved the application they gave the approval for the installation/construction of the panels! Apparently they are supposed to approve that first but these panels were installed on my home nearly 5 months ago! The whole process is not what was promised, not in accordance with the timeline Lumio gives you, the sales guy literally disappeared and refused to respond and no one seems to know which way is up when you call them. Bad experience all the way around.
