I worked with Luanne Monson and have loved every single minute! I dragged her around to different homes for months before finally making a decision. I never felt pressured to buy, she always gave me honest feedback on the home. Even if I loved it, she would point out areas of concern or something to make note of - she cared more about me finding a good home that was the right fit for me than rushing the process. We finally found a home - thanks heavens! - and you'd think that's the end of the buyer/realtor relationship. Not even close. Luanne helped me move, got me a kitchen table, gave me a toolbag and Home Depot gift card and occasionally texts me to check-in and see how the new home is. Holy cow, I had no idea how much having a realtor helped me, and continues to help me. I've been in my new home for several weeks now and my furnace went out. Soooo unlucky. I reached out to Luanne because honestly, we've become friends. She called the home warranty company and where they previously refused to help, she got them to pay for half of the replacement! I can't recommend her enough. She has no idea that I'm writing this but I stand by this review. Anyone can call and ask me, Luanne Monson is the ONLY person you should use to buy or sell your next home.

Very un ethical! Please take your business elsewhere. Melissa and Ned are not trust worthy.
