Our realtor, Christine Carey, went above and beyond in terms of selling our house! We had a lot of Realtors to choose from, and we are so glad that we chose Christine. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and organized in her approach when selling in this difficult market. She helped us understand the market and help us choose the right price point to get it sold in a quick and efficient manner. She is personable, took unlimited, phone calls, and also showed our house for other realtors client. She paid for staging, professional photos, and a cleaning service before we listed. She even came one day and helped us pack! I can definitely recommend Christine Carey to all of our friends and family!

Right now is a very trying time to sell a house in Utah. With the interest rates and winter upon us, it is not easy to say the least. Christine had creative ideas in terms of marketing and pricing. The staging done at the house was amazing. I was across the country at the time of the sale and she handled everything expertly and was available at all times to answer questions and help me through. I will definitely use her again if I am in need in that area.

Christine was referred to us by our agent in Ogden Valley when we sold our home there. We usually prefer to choose our own agents, but Christine was definitely the person we needed to make our move to Utah County. She was always readily available to answer our questions - and listen to our concerns. She professionally guided us through the entire process, which seems to get more complicated every year.
