THERE'S A REASON UVP HAS SO MANY 5-STAR RATINGS! Our water heater failed overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. I called several companies and either got voicemail or was told I'd have to wait 2-4 days for service. Lucky for me, I then found & called Utah Valley Plumbing. The phone system routed me straight to a member of their team. Turns out I spoke with owner Mark Anderson. Personable and empathetic, Mark said he could help me out that same day! Sure enough, one of UVP's courteous technicians (Jayce) arrived within an hour or so to assess what would be needed. He came back that afternoon and got straight to work! Mark came by a little later to see how things were going and pitched in to get the job done. While there, he also took the time to give advice & options for a couple of unrelated plumbing matters I asked him about. All in all, I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience and quality of outcome. It's great to know I now have a go-to plumbing company for any & all future plumbing needs - Utah Valley Plumbing!
