Quality, service, efficiency, and value has dropped severely since you no longer walk them through making your pizza. Will be moving onto other similar chains.

Food is so good. I do however miss the old way of ordering and making the pizza.

Great place to eat and try different toppings for a pizza. You get to see it being made, then watch it cook in a brick oven. Update: I went a second time and had another great experience. Employees happily work and interact with customers. I ordered BBQ chicken and cheese bread with pesto sauce .

Great pizza and as always fast and delicious one of the best pizzas you can get for the price and the speed
Vegetarian options: They have tons of vegan and vegetarian options and clearly mark it for you.
Dietary restrictions: Again so many options and clear indications including different crusts for all kinds of needs.
Parking: Right next to store in plaza plenty of parking even though it was busy.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place because they get to pick their own toppings and get to watch the pizza get made right in front of them. Also fun ways to add healthy elements to pizza.

Very disappointed in the changes. We ordered 4 pizzas. 3 of them were cooked and then they put a bunch of online orders in front of our 4th pizza. My sons and I waited for me wifes pizza until our pizzas were cold and we finally ate them and finished before hers was done. The employees didnt care at all.
Also, ordering build your owns upfront is slow and employees put very few toppings on.
