I had a great experience seeing Dr. Sarah Salas throughout my pregnancy. I left each appointment feeling empowered and more comfortable. I was hesitant to try dry needling at first, but Im so thankful for it! Dr. Sarah was wonderful to work with and everyone at Reborn is so kind.

I was referred by my friend Kaitlyn. She raved about Reborn. I had been in a car accident and wanted whole body treatment. That is exactly what I have got. I have been coming 2x a week for a few weeks and have felt growth physically and mentally. Dr. Sarah Salas is the best. Totally a gem to be around and she is so educated and willing to explain in simple terms. She has had a student shadow, Kelsey and let me tell ya she is just as awesome and sweet. The staff have been so kind and a bright smile first thing in the morning. This will be my #1 choice for any and all PT.

We love Reborn Pelvic Health & Dr. Lyndi Payne is amazing! I had to bring my 18mo each time I came, but Lyndi was so friendly and accommodating and patient with all the extra commotion. Reborn is clearly designed by women for women; theres a nursing lounge, a welcome gift bag, a tea bar, and a beautiful toy corner with clean, well-made, Montessori-inspired toys. (To be fair though my baby far preferred playing with a sterile glove or an extra pillow every time - but Lyndi was very generous with those too.) I was worried, after my initial consultation, that Id be pressured to make an arbitrary, standard amount of visits regardless of the severity of my complaints, but after only four visits my symptoms were hugely improved & no further appointments were necessary! Lyndi answered all my questions, provided me with actionable and practical steps I could do at home, worked through some sciatic nerve issues, and even helped me improve my form while running and deadlifting. I learned so much, and I feel stronger than ever. Ill certainly be recommending Reborn to all the women in my life who complain of pelvic floor issues; we tend to treat it as a humorous inevitability after childbirth, but in reality all those fiddly little issues can and should be resolved. Truly life changing medicine and worth all the $$$ in the world. I cant stop raving about how amazing this PT is. I started experiencing chronic hip / back pain and no break from the gym would help. I thought I was going to deal with this pain the rest of my life and it was affecting my quality of life. After researching and dealing with the pain for well over a year I wondered if it was pelvic floor issues, but wasnt sure because I have yet to have kids. Lo and behold. Im about 4 weeks into my treatment and Im already seeing and feeling the results. Dry needling is super effective and has helped speed up my healing. Ive been telling everyone in my circle they should get dry needling done! Not only is the PT treating my pain, but the education and tools Im being taught are priceless and Ill be able to refer back to them the rest of my life. Whats been so cool for me is Im treating pain associated with my pelvic floor, but Im also healing my entire body in the process. Its exciting to feel normal again, but in an even better way. Dr Lauren is THE BEST! She makes my appointments fun and comfortable. Shes super knowledgeable and has answers to all of my questions. I have no hesitations about coming back for help during pregnancy and postpartum once this treatment is finished. My entire perspective with advocating for yourself has changed and knowing that your body can and will heal is so reassuring!
