Came in to ask some questions about buying a fish and the girl working was extremely rude and unhelpful. We had a cart full of of supplies we were going to buy but after that interaction, we put it all back and purchased nothing. Take your business elsewhere.

Dropped my dog off for grooming at 9am at opening with a 9am appointment. With no update after 3 1/2 hours I went down to check on my dog and she had not even been started on. 1 groomer complained that the other groomer had been in and out. The store manager said I dont know about grooming, Im over the rest of the store and then ignored me. I would give zero stars if possible.

Today was the third time I used them and will never go back. I dropped off my dog at 9am and wasnt able to pick her up till 4pm! Very disappointing. Not sure why it would take 7hours for a cut and she was the second dog checked in. So sad hearing her barking once we entered Petco! And whats even more heart wrenching is shes pregnant and no food that long. Never again
