I wish i could negative star. This is about Emily Kolb, a loan officer in the Ultimate home landing LLC. I contacted her a while ago about my home loan needs. she gave me a quote that was lucrative initially which was a 3-2-1 buy-down rate of 3.75/4.75/5,75%. First year - 3.75%, Second year - 4.75% From third year -5.75% But when the time came near to closing she said she can not provide me the loan with an initial quote and can only provide me with 5.75% for fixed 30 yr loan. Which was way more than the initial quote. She mentioned all of this when I was near to closing. This might be the trick that because of lack of time i will only have option to go with the higher rate so she can make good chunk of money on commission. She wasted weeks of time and some good loan options which I could choose to save on my interest as the current mortgage rate is crazy high. Also I was about the loose the house as my closing date was approaching. She is worse loan officer someone can ever have about their home loan needs.
