Can't get any help with maintenance. I've tried for over a year getting these guys to call me back. They asked me to move my solar account over to them and now I can't get any technical support.

Absolute frauds. There is zero communication from them phone calls go straight to voicemail. Emails don't get returned. Its hard to see how their customer service could possibly be worse.

This is their customer service motto: You will always be taken care of to the highest standard. We are here for you and will prove that through our process. Lies they tell!! My inverter stopped working and for a week, Ive called four times, left four emails and no one has responded. This was my biggest fear when getting solarno one being there when you need assistance.

I've had Mynt solar since DEC 2019. At first everything seemed great, the communication was good, the stucco job was horrible but they made up for it in the end. Fast forward about a year, this is where you start to realize there is no support and that they just want to install and forget. We have Solar Edge Inverter, Solar edge discontinued their 3g cell to put in a 5g cell, this is used to tell the consumer how well their pannels are running and there are any problems. You can check how much power you've generated month to month and year to year, that is if it works. We followed the directions from Solar Edge to have this installed which was covered for free. Chris Perry (owner) tells us that there is a supply chain issue and that they will get to us... 6months later, nothing, I message Chris, "You can set it up to your wifi, follow these steps." I was outside for over an hour in July heat to find out that it wasn't possible. The inveter type I have won't allow me to connect to wifi and would need the installer, I called solar edge to find this fact. More months have passed, I then message Chris again, this time mentioning that I'm going to have to make this a legal problem. No response, he stopped responding completely. Now I call the customer service line, speak to a gentleman who vows that he will help me through this, no call back in over a week. I call again and speak to Stacy on the phone who also vows to help me, she even claimed to call me back the same day no matter the outcome. No one has called to contact me. I'm at almost 2 years now with out the cell replacement, I've given more than ample time for them to remedy this situation. Next stop is the BBB and then my lawyer, if anyone has any similar problems with them, please contact me.
