        The office manager didnt listen to my scheduling needs and decided to schedule visits that didnt work with my schedule. Tried calling to cancel all visits and the front desk was unable to do that so they said the office manager would reach out to me and still has yet to contact me. This place is ridiculous and seems like they are only trying to get money through the door. They couldnt give me a straight answer on what the services would cost. Why would I ever accept treatment without a firm answer of finance. I dont care that they offer payment plans. I dont run my finances like that. I wouldnt even rate this place one star. The assistants were great but other than that the office manager does not listen or care to meet your needs. I do NOT want to be seen here.

        Wonderful and fast customer service. Its always easy to get ahold of the team here and get my prescriptions and office visits figured out. I really appreciate the care and patience they show whenever I have an issue, or need to reschedule.

        Do not recommend. Will charge you a cancellation fee of $150.00 even if appointment cancelled with 48 hrs notice. Office staff is trained to be unhelpful and difficult. My daughter left in tears over front office staff treatment.

        I am surprised that this company is not being investigated for malpractice or other legal violations. They abuse their staff and do not follow proper business procedures. It is clear that those who work there are treated poorly and that translates to how they treat their patients.
