I had some issues in which I had to work directly with the senior Leadership team. They were responsive and thoughtful in their communications and follow-up. I give the entire interaction a rating of five stars.

Paid my bill and then a year later received a new bill for another 400. they couldn't explain why but insisted that I owe it.

Billing process/department was absolutely terrible and insulting!! Called a week before my surgery and demanded payment in full @ full retail pricing based on their estimated surgery time or they would not provide their medical services. I hadn't even seen a person, doctor or any billing paperwork. They treated me like a total dead-beat even though my credit rating is well over 800. Then three days after the surgery while I was trying to recover from the post-op pain, they called back demanding more money. Part of my surgery was covered by insurance and they hadn't even submitted a claim to see what the insurance would cover. I wanted to wait for a bill from and a final explanation of benefits (EOB) from my insurance company before settling the bill. But they just kept calling and hassling me -- for $300! I was repeated called by three separate, aggressive representatives. Even over a holiday weekend. Finally, I paid them off to get them off my back on the condition they would send an account statement showing my account paid in full - which they did. I will NEVER do business with them again even though the doctor did a nice job.
