Mountain State did beautiful cabinetry in our kitchen, and also built matching built-in cabinets in our family area. They have been professional, on-time, and organized every time we've worked with them. When we had issues with some cabinet doors, they fixed the issue per their lifetime guarantee, and have stood by their work throughout the years we've worked with them. We now have a beautiful, efficient and modern kitchen. The quality of the cabinets is all we had expected it to be. Service and installation was excellent and very customer friendly!! We recently had Mountain States Kitchen and Bath install new cabinets in our kitchen and we are really happy with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was great. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, made with only hardwood and laminate plywood - no particleboard here. The team was always on time, meeting their schedules and keeping their appointments. They provided solid bids that were transparent and accurate. Throughout the process, they answered all of our questions and even gave suggestions on how to handle the rip-out ourselves and suggestions on related projects such as ripping up the floor and putting down luxury vinyl plank. They educated us on the relevant building codes for our area. They gave us recommendations on where to bring the electricity up to the door floor. We do want to emphasize the importance of paying close attention when signing off on the specifications to ensure that everything is to your liking, as they do build cabinets exactly to the specifications provided. They suggested a new island configuration that gave us more room in the kitchen, but at the same time provided better counter top space and more cabinet space. This was a brilliant solution that we had not considered before, and we are so grateful for their expertise. The room now feels much bigger. Communication was excellent, and they kept us informed as the installation approached and when we set dates on the calendar, they kept them. The cabinets were built exactly to specification (thus its really important to pay close attention to the specs when you sign off.) The installation was flawless - perfectly level and perfectly placed. The doors and drawers are perfectly aligned and close softly. The final trim work fit over the new floor perfectly. We were truly impressed. The cabinets are absolutely stunning and when we wanted a couple of extra shelves, they provided them without hesitation. Finally, the granite work was beautiful. They did each section in a solid piece (the old granite had seams), which looks fantastic. They worked with us on using the remnant granite in bathrooms. Overall, we highly recommend Mountain States Kitchen and Bath for anyone looking for top-quality kitchen cabinets and installation. Their dedication to their craft is evident in every aspect of their work, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Mountain States helped us plan and design our kitchen and laundry room cabinets/counters. We worked with Debbie and she was amazing. She listened to everything we wanted to do and found a way to make it happen! The installers were also awesome. The communication throughout the process was excellent. We are very happy with both our kitchen and laundry room and just signed a contract with them to do our bathroom vanities. I had to be the most difficult client they have ever had. I was indecisive and constantly changing things. I had tons of questions, and even after installation I still wanted changes (from my own choices, not from something they did wrong); they were out the very next week making those changes. Their entire team was very responsive anytime I needed anything. They handled me with patience and grace. Their work is beautiful and excellent quality. My kitchen is far beyond what even I imagined. I came to Jerry, my designer, with a blank slate and completly lost and frustrated; he was incredible, not only did he handle my indecisiveness with professionalism and patience, he is VERY knowledgeable at what he does. And when he tells you that wont looks great, you wont like that, or this would work/look betterdo yourself a favor and listen to him, he knows what hes talking about. My installer, Mauricio, was meticulous, professional, friendly, and extremely talented. All their staff have been great from start to finish. Both Jeffs went above and beyond to satisfy my need for perfection. And since there is always room for improvement, I do have a few suggestions: itemized billing would go a long way to help with trust and transparency. I made so many changes and the price fluctuated so much it was hard to keep up on how much each thing was; that is totally on me for not requesting one with each change. They give you updated pricing but wouldve liked it if it was standard of practice to give itemized statements from start to finish. Again, that transparency helps build trust. Also, the cabinets were delivered very dusty; it would have been helpful if before or after installation the cabinets were cleaned. Im sure if I requested it they wouldve been out the next day to clean them. Amazing team, amazing service, amazing work! Thank you for EVERYTHING!
