Direct Communications

The worst company ever!!!! We built a new house and they were the only internet available so we had to use them. They knew they were so they charged outrageous amounts. Finally had someone else come in and we changed immediately. We keep calleing to cancel time and time again and they said they would cancel but then we would get another bill. Called at least 4 month in a row to cancel. DO NOT go with these guys!

Great experience with the provider. Have not had a single interruption for as long as I have been a customer. Speed always matches the advertised, both upload and download. Had to call support one time after the initial account setup due to issue on their side, which was fixed within a minute of phone call. After connecting the service, dont forget to set up online account to pay your bills and you will not have any issues.

Had to pay a $500 cancellation fee. Because they are the only one thats available in Eagle Mountain they think they can get away with it.

Not worth the trouble guys, choose a different provider. Direct Communications is one of very few options you can select as an Internet provider out in Eagle Mountain, UT. Do they provide good fiber optic internet? Yes, there are no complaints about internet speed or price. But is the quality of product worth the absolutely terrible customer service or the worst user interface/website Ive ever dealt with? Heck no. There is no way around it, you have to interact with the customer service lady, Tara, and you have to use the website. Sherlock Holmes would struggle to log in and pay his bill. There is no mobile app to bypass either of these things. I really dont want to be rude, but honestly, their office is filled with a some lazy, prideful Karens who are unwilling to help in any way that would require them to get out of their chair.
