He will see you virtually and then he won't. It depends upon his mood? Do not bother.

Really great doctor. Great beside manner, very thorough & looks for solutions in vitamin deficiencies, etc. before going to a prescription solution, which I appreciate. I recommend him to anyone looking for a good old fashioned doctor with a smile, a listening ear, & a tender heart.

Edit: It was discovered my anemia was due to a softball sized uterine fibroid, as well as a baseball sized uterine fibroid and I needed a hysterectomy, not iron pills. Dr. Ngautvai ignored my complaints and didn't look into my anemia, thankfully a different doctor DID look into my anemia and my hysterectomy surgery was completed soon after. Be prepared to do your own doctoring. Dr. Ngatuvai diagnosed me as anemic and told me to take iron pills. No follow up was ever done, and three years later, when I went in for a different issue, it was discovered I was still anemic. I was anemic for OVER THREE YEARS. I began having menstrual migraines, I mentioned to Dr. Ngatuvai on at least three different visits that the migraines 100 percent follow my monthly cycle. All he wanted to do was give me muscle relaxers and a very painful injection for the migraine pain every three months, claiming my migraines were due to stress (I quit my stressful job a full year before the migraines began). I began researching myself and discovered three million women suffer the same problem, they were likely due to a decrease in estrogen and birth control often resolves the migraine problem. I guess Dr. Ngautvai believes three million women are just stressed? My husband mentioned to Dr. Ngatuvai about five years he noticed a decrease in urine flow and Dr. Ngatuvais response was as long as you can still urinate Im not worried about it. Fast forward to just a few months ago when my husband had a 2 millimeter kidney stone that he couldnt pass. In the world of kidney stones, 2 millimeters is pretty small and shouldnt have any complications. It took THREE E.R. visits getting the stone to pass because it completely blocked off his urine flow and he was unable to urinate for 12 hours. Come to find out it was due to a stricture that if Dr. Ngatuvai had looked into instead of poo-pooing my husbands complaint that he noticed a problem, we could have saved at least one of those E.R. visits (when the stone completely blocked off his ability to urinate) and all the time off work he used waiting for the thing to pass. Dr. Ngatuvai is a nice person, but he is a complete pill pusher and is only in the medical field for the money, NOT healthcare.
