        I don't have an account here, I've been on the phone trying to call to ask a couple questions first.... Automated system said it would be less than 5 minutes, but it's been over an hour. What if there was a major problem with my money? Is this how they handle their business? I can't fathom having to deal with problems, like this, on a regular basis... Almost seems like one of those ways companies purposefully create problems, without a way to remedy them... Hoping that the customer will give up....
