Went in for a quick snack. No one at the cash register. No issue there, just Went through self check, but then after I walked out the door, an employee just starts trying to grab my recently purchased stuff out of my hand accusing me of theft. Like what the hell. No question just started accusing me. Incredibly rude.

Ive came here many times a year or two ago and have always had a true customer service experience here, whether I was a customer or just getting ice there without buying anything. Its hard to find that in most convenience stores since clerks can always be under intense stress and frustration. Not these guys!

I have really enjoyed going there the staff is very friendly. Shauna goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Tina is very nice and helpful as well. I would also like to mention the over night gentlemen Kyle he was very nice and helped carry my ice to the car. Their store is always clean and friendly service Thank you Top Stop employee's.

Its sad when business owners trust their employees to do what they excepted in their job description I am almost certain sitting on the countertop on your phone and staying on your phone during the transaction that only takes about 30 seconds to engage with your customer was not in this employees job description. Last stop at top stop. The adventure really does start at Maverick!
