    told them specifcally what was wrong with my car when it was dropped off, and was told the part would be ordered day of. I called them about 5 days later asking about my car, only to be told they hasn't ordered the part that was needed. They told me that they hadn't found the problem and would've called me, and they never did. After they ordered what I believed had already been order 5 days late, they never called me to tell me my car was done.

    The starter on my car died and they were able to fix that for $1200 as well as replace my timing belt. They had my car for over a week. They never called me to give me any sort of status update or even tell me the car was done. I had to call them five different times to see when I could get my car back.

    I wasnt going to give them a review, I have thought on this for the last few days and I have to voice my thoughts on my experience. So here it is. I called Friday and spoke to a Jason about an alignment and I was very specific, on what I was looking for. I had just put a new lift on my truck and I wanted to make sure that they were willing to and able to complete the work accordingly. Meaning what I was asking for is not to factory specs due to me trying to run bigger tires and I wanted them to adjust my upper control arms with 2-5 degrees of castor so my tires dont rub and everything lines up perfectly. I was very very specific with Jason. He said he would need it all day and that I could have it there Monday to complete the work then. I dropped my truck off Sunday night used their drop box and even had a hand written note on what I was looking for and left my number if they wouldnt be able to do it or any other questions. Monday around 3pm I called to see when I would need a ride to get my truck Im not sure who I spoke with but he didnt know anything and had to put me on hold. He finally came back and said it was done I asked him about the specifics on what I asked to be done and he said yes everything was done to what I asked of R&R. I picked my truck up around 430-5 and guess what? What I asked to have done wasnt done and that on the paperwork they wrote, it was done to factory specs. So not only 2 phone calls of being told no problem they would do the work and a hand written note with my number that the mechanic could give me a call if needed. My tires rub and I will have to take it to another shop to have the work done. I wouldnt waste my time with this shop, they are on the more expensive side and I dont mind spending the extra money on my cars if they are doing a good job. Even if they would have called and said I know we said we couldnt do the work but after digging into it we cant for whatever reason. I would have been bummed but at least they were transparent but that didnt happen. I exhausted all of my avenues to communicate what I was looking for and was left disappointed and out 125 bucks just to have to pay for my truck to get another alignment from another shop. So they are really expensive when you are just donating your money to them to have another shop do the work. And no r&r in wont be back for any reason it would be cheaper to have my truck towed to another shop then to have you not complete the work.

Thank you for the feedback Bentley. I am sorry we fell short of what was expected. I did personally tell the technician that you had specific instructions that you had left on your seat and I'm very frustrated that it didn't happen as instructed. I would love the opportunity to make it right, if you are willing, but I also understand where you are coming from. In the meantime I have issued a full refund.
