Before I went there I had no issues with anything on my vehicle . I went to them for a simple oil change. After I left it started leaking from the drain plug so I took it back thinking they forgot to push a washer on or something in that regards since thats an easy mistake . It stopped leaking for a little bit but a week later It started again so I went back and they told me my options which were to put a sleeve in or replace the oil pan. I chose to put a sleeve in since they said they werent at fault so they wouldnt pay for the pan. This option didnt work because they put the sleeve in crooked and it still leaked. I found this out after I took my business elsewhere and had to pay for a new pan. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to pay for extras they cause. They tried saying it could have been from other mechanics but the only person who touched this car was a good friend that is a mater tech at bmw that Ive been going to for years and had nothing wrong at all until I moved here and used m auto. Hopefully this helps you save your money
