        Do not go here!! They did a repair on our truck, then it started to leak through so we took it back. They said it was not under warranty so they just gave us a discount on the 2nd repair and said if this did not work it was warrantied. It started to leak again and now they say they will not honor the warranty because they have a new owner. They also said they destroyed all the old records, and this is standard practice, which it is not, so there is no proof of what was said or done with our truck. But they contact us all the time with advertising for the business. Guess not everything was destroyed!

        Highly recommend Dent Master!! They did a great job on fixing the dent in my door, and in a timely manner! They also cleaned and detailed the interior of my car, and it was a mess! (I have 6 children) my car seriously looks and smells new!! I feel like I owe them a detailing fee, as well Thank you Dent Master!!

        Super impressed with Dent Master with both their customer service and repair work. We had two cars hit while parked, one which resulted in the whole bumper coming off. The second was an accident where the left turn driver pulled out in front of my son and hit the side of his car. All repairs were done in a timely manner. Great updates and communication from the shop. They were great to handle the insurance part of the repairs. Very impressed with their shop.

      Dent Master has been serving Utah County for over 20 years. We first opened our doors in 1994, offering paintless dent removal as our premier service. Our team has grown with our community, and in 2000 we opened our current facility in Lehi, where we are pleased to offer collision repair and painting as well as paintless dent repair. We have also grown to help customers throughout northern Utah County and Southern Salt Lake County.

      Kim, We're sorry to hear that you've had inconsistent experiences with our company.  We take this very seriously and made further investigate your complaint. In 2019, Dent Master repaired rust on the roof. When repairing rust, we do not offer a warranty due to the extent that rust is never 100% contained. In August of 2021, you returned to the shop with the appearance of rust again. The prior owner advised there was not a warranty on that repair and agreed to split the cost with you as he wanted to be fair. You agreed and paid a portion of the second repair of $941.40 . In September 2023, Dentmaster was sold and is now under new ownership. We did not retain any prior liabilities with the purchase, however, we always want to make sure we do the right thing. We would be happy to repair the area of concern, however with the age of the vehicle and the proper repair would require the roof to be replaced. The roof is no longer available due to the age. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us. We are happy to go into more detail. Thank you!
