High Country Finance

Very poor communication. Ghosted me several times. Said he submitted a doc to the IRS but the IRS has no record of it and neither does he (my understanding is CPAs are required to keep client records for 7 years). He didn't know several things about the tax code that I had to correct him on. Others I've talked to who have used them have had a similar experience.

High Country Finance as a whole is FANTASTIC!! Their systems and processes are out of this world. Brady is very knowledgeable about what he does and loves it which it makes him better than anyone Ive ever worked with before.

I, as well as other colleagues of mine, tried High Country Finance based off a referral. And none of us will ever be using them again. Brady is a nice guy, however extremely slow in responding the majority of the time. We submitted tax documents in February, and after no reply for some time we found out he ended up filing an extension without letting us know. This whole experience cause late fees and interest to be charged onto our taxes from the IRS. We also believe we could have done a better job filing our own taxes ourselves as numerous deductions and details were overlooked we only caught them when we reviewed and found them which would have left out thousands on our return. I hate leaving bad reviews but you can easily find much better tax advisors out there.
