No idea how the business is so I rated it the same as the average rating. I just wanted to let the owners know that on the ad that plays outside of the business on the TV curious is spelled wrong.

Garrett Kemp is unprofessional and it reflects in his attitude and actions towards people he interacts with. Zero understanding, respect, or thoughtfulness towards others. Would highly suggest not doing business with him.

Worked with Blake. Had no results after 4 offers. We looked at around 15 homes over 2 months. While our 4th offer was pending he went out of town and was unreachable and didnt put anyone in his place. We were waiting around for 2 days to see if anything had happened with our offer. We only heard back from him 2 days after our offer had expired. Unprofessional. Didnt take control as an agent. We wanted to peacefully part ways to work with another agent and he told us to wait until our exclusive agreement with him expired. So we cant look or place offers on any homes until then! We tired to contact the broker who is Terry and he said he couldnt do anything about it even though the agreement is between myself and the broker. We offered Blake a 20% referral fee he wanted 35%. For doing nothing!? Im sure there are other agents in northern realty that are better than Blake.. reply to owner: so going out of town and not being reachable for 2 days after the offer expires is ok to do as an agent? Regardless of when the seller got back to us..? And no he was not reachable as the txt thread I sent Terry proved! And its your clause 5.1 on your contract that states if buyer agent leaves town they must appoint someone in their place, which he didnt do. Our first 3 offers were all way over asking price. Unfortunately Blake just wasnt good at negotiating and we didnt get a home. Thats fine. We want to peacefully leave the agreement and hes letting pride and greed get in his way and doesnt doesnt want to release us. With all due respect you only get paid when you sell and buy homes for you clients. If you show me 100 houses and there are no results then tough luck! No commission! Im not doubting his time he put in to showing us houses. Thats why I gave him 2 stars instead of 1. Im stating that in my situation it didnt work out. And Id like to try another realtor. My issue is he wont release us, and wont take a 20% referral commission bc hes being greedy! But Ill wait until the 22nd until my agreement with him expires. He couldve got close to 4.5k referral to pay for alllllll gas money and 4 failed offers he did for us, but instead hell get nothing.
