I have used this company on a couple of different projects in different homes I have owned.  The most recent was for a soft water system.  The install team was very professional and amazingly fast.  They worked clean and took the time to explain my system to me, how to maintain it, etc.   Looking around my utility room there were a couple other small issues that they were able to solve right off their truck and very reasonably.  I feel like I really get my money's worth when I call Pineview and that they are capable of solving any issues that I am able to throw at them.

After our water heater went out and I learned from the manufacturer that the warranty could only be utilized by the company who did the initial install, I called our home builder and found out that company was Pineview Plumbing.  After multiple phone calls and messages left from two different numbers that were provided to me by the builder (and the phone number from their website) I have yet to receive a phone call back. We are going on almost 2 weeks without a working water heater that is clearly under warranty but we cannot get fixed as the company (RHEEM) is telling us based on the serial number of the water heater, only the installer (Pineview) can complete the repair under warranty.  We are beyond frustrated and will NEVER use this company and will tell anyone who will listen about the horrible experience we have had with them.  Pineview Plumbing, you are the absolute worst and if we are forced to pay for the repair ourselves, we will pursue the matter in small claims court.
