        Deep tissue therapist used fingers and elbows too much causing pain the day after. Finger nails dug into my shoulder blades several times. Went back at 1:54 and therapist wrapped up at 2:13. Two front desk girls gave me the typical rebuttal, we leave ten minutes for starting and stopping time when I brought it to their attention. Still didnt account for the therapist finishing almost ten minutes early, in addition to the start stop times. Give your front desk girls ways to resolve things and customer service training so they dont argue with guests and or look at them with blank stares. Not a good experience at this location.
