        Terrible people who work here. They tell me that I am not an authorized user of the account. I then call the customer support line and they tell me I AM an authorized user of the account and I have the phone rep tell them I am an authorized user. Then another person who works there who has no idea whats going on catches an attitude and says well if youre on the phone with them just do it with them. Terrible Experience.

        Terrible customer service. If you are able to use Utopia where you live, make the switch. Comcast and Xfinity really doesn't care if you're a customer or not.
