I was with Chris for several years. I got a new vehicle. I called his office number to add the vehicle. No one answered. I left a message. No one called back. I tried again. No one answered. No one called back. I sent Chris an email asking to add my new vehicle. All I received was a response that  the vehicle was added. There was no disclosure as to the kind of coverage I was getting, and fees associated, or how much it would increase my monthly payment. The following month, Farmer's attempted to withdrawal $503 from my checking account when my normal monthly payment was $164. No warning. No communication. Chris did not show one iota of customer service and I would not recommend him at all. I immediately canceled my policy and stopped the payment. And just for fun, I called his office right now, during business hours. No one answered, just the voicemail wanting me to leave a message. Terrible customer service. 0 out of 5 stars, do not recommend.
