        If you live in UT this is a terrible company to buy from. Ordered a washer/dryer and spent over $1300 - they pushed / insisted on a number of extra unnecessary parts - then when I tried to return the parts (unopened) they wouldn't accept a refund over the phone or online... so my other option was to drive over an hour... No thank you.

I see you purchased everything online so I was wondering if you could help me figure out who pushed you into purchasing extra unnecessary parts, did someone ask that you purchase the accessories? We are always happy to refund for accessories that are unopen once they are returned to the store, did you refuse the extra accessories when they delivery was made to your home? Or how were the extra unnecessary parts returned to the store so we could refund you for them?I would love an opportunity to address all your concerns.
