        Very happy with the front desk staff, always warm and welcoming. I had issues with dental staff building my retainers and visited several times with no success. Dr Smith personally reached out and refunded me for the cost of the retainers in addition he offered a redo of the work, which was extremely considerate. Credit to them for customer care!
