        Mr Howard accepted my retainer ($2000) two years ago. He did not perform on retainer. Only gave one email update after my many consecutive promptings via email and phone calls. Did not return voice mail/calls since contracted with Mr Howard. Has never spoken to me in person or by phone since initial consultation. Update: Follow up: The law firm refunded my retainer in
