After my Porsche Panamera was sideswiped I took it in to Layton car care for an estimate and to see if they could fix the damage to the paint and clear bra. Not only did they fix the damage but my car looks brand new They took the time to detail my vehicle and have it super clean to present to me when I picked it up today. I would highly recommend JK and his crew and Layton Car Care for any body work, paint job, clear bra or detailing.

I had had a simple bumper fixed so I thought having a slightly more difficult repair (front fender) fixed would be fine. I was given a projected repair date of about 2 weeks. I won't get into every detail, but after barely any communication I was finally told that the part was on backorder. I waited for another week+ and finally decided to start researching this for myself. I found a local shop in Salt Lake City that said the part was on backorder, but it was only 2 weeks. We were over 3.5 week into this by now and the part hadn't even been ordered by Layton Car Care. This same part supplier said that with a specific VIN they could actually get the part in 3 days. Why was I as a normal consumer able to find this out, but a professional repair shop could not? This was very frustrating. After complaining a few more times to the shop, the part was finally ordered and arrived after 4+ weeks (2 weeks after the promised date). The vehicle is mostly repaired, but is lacking a pinstriping because they couldn't find someone that did that and they didn't have the qualified personnel to do it themselves. If Layton Car Care had just let me know at the beginning that there was going to be a slight delay and ordered the part I wouldn't be so annoyed. I expected more from this repair shop and they let me down.

The staff in this facility are professional and kind. The work they do is done with care and precision. They took my vehicle and replaced a major part. It looks like new again. They washed and cleaned the inside of my car as well. A+++. Great work . Great people. Thanks folks .

They fixed the dent on my door and matched the paint on my 2018 F-150 Ruby Red truck perfectly. They also went the extra mile and deep cleaned the interior of my truck. Amazing job guys!!! Thanks again

So thankful they were able to get us in around the holidays! They had the ability to do what no one else in the Valley would. Thankful for Layton Car Care and will be bringing my other vehicles here!
